The signature massage could be addressing just a part of the body, in the most common areas where the tension is held which are usually the shoulders, neck, and back. But a complete full-body massage addressing also less common areas like legs, arms, hands, feet, and head makes this treatment a unique, blissful, and nourishing experience for both body and mind.

Prenatal Massage

This fantastic therapeutic treatment is specifically designed for pregnant people to address the unique needs and changes that occur in their body during pregnancy.

The primary purpose of prenatal massage is to provide relaxation and relief from common discomforts associated with pregnancy. It can help alleviate muscle tension, joint stiffness, improve lymphatic and blood circulation and reduce stress and anxiety. It’s a great way to promote overall well-being for the expectant.

Prenatal massage is typically performed with the pregnant woman lying on her side, supported by pillows for comfort. I use techniques that are safe and suitable for pregnancy. Gentle and nurturing strokes are often employed, and deep pressure on specific areas is generally avoided.

The areas commonly addressed on this treatment are lower back, hips, and shoulders. Is it possible to address swelling in the legs and feet by incorporating light massage and lymphatic drainage techniques. If agreed with the client, a gentle and nourishing massage to the belly is also included for a deeper connection with the baby.

On-site Chair Massage

Also called Corporate Massage – this is a short but effective massage session perfect for businesses, events or public spaces.

The massage is performed on a specific ergonomic chair employing different techniques and going to address the most common areas of discomfort in the upper body: back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands and head. The massage is performed through clothes and no oils are going to be used.

The chair will enable complete relaxation by alleviating pressure from postural muscles that endure constant strain during desk work. The session will include stretching and breathwork.
